Terms of Service

Service Authorization

By requesting service, you authorize Electronics.repair to inspect, diagnose, and repair your device. Additional authorization may be requested for work outside the original scope.

Estimates and Approval

Any estimate provided is based on visible symptoms and may change after full diagnostic testing. We will seek your approval before completing additional billable work.

Data and Backups

Repair processes can involve software resets, part replacement, and troubleshooting steps that may affect stored data. You are responsible for backing up your data before service. We are not responsible for data loss during repair, diagnosis, or testing.

Parts and Availability

Parts availability and lead times vary by device and supplier. We may use new, refurbished, or equivalent compatible components depending on inventory and the repair requested.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, repairs include a limited 30-day warranty covering defects in installed parts and workmanship for the specific service performed. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, misuse, software issues unrelated to the repair, or unrelated component failures.

Unclaimed Devices

Devices not picked up within a reasonable period after completion notice may be subject to storage handling, recycling, or disposal in accordance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electronics.repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair service at issue.

Governing Use

These Terms apply to use of our website and repair services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
